- Façade:
- Insulation complying with the necessary regulations for (NBE/CT-79) thermal conditions and (NBE/CA-SS) acoustic conditions.
ROOF:
- Water proofed and thermally insulated with high density extruded polythene.
INTERIOR DIVISIONS:
- Separation between housing units with double 12 cm breeze block and internal fibre glass insulation, complying with the heat and sound regulations.
- Finished in plaster.
EXTERIOR CARPENTRY:
- Varnished aluminium frames
- CLIMAT type double glazing with a transparent outer skin, air chamber and inner skin.
- Blinds on lounge and bedroom windows.
INTERIOR CARPENTRY:
- Armoured main entrance door to the housing unit and security lock
- Interior doors in the housing unit of smooth wood veneer.
- Built in wardrobes with the same finish as the doors.
FLOORING:
- “Pink” marble
- Depending on the percentage of building work completed, one can choose laminated parquet in the bedrooms and corridors, instead of marble.
